1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the JL59 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JL59 ("JL59," "we," "us," or "our"). JL59 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and VIP Club members.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the JL59 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable regulations.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of JL59 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the JL59 Platform.

JL59 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by JL59 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the Platform commits a serious breach of these Terms. JL59 will void all bets placed and forfeit all winnings associated with any account found to be in violation of age or identity requirements.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the JL59 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify JL59 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.

JL59 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from JL59 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

JL59 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the JL59 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). JL59 currently supports the following payment methods:

• GCash
• PayMaya
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands)
• BDO (Banco de Oro)
• Metrobank

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. JL59 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. JL59 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but JL59 endeavors to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly.

JL59 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if the request cannot be processed due to verification issues or suspected fraudulent activity. All funds deposited into your JL59 account must be used for gaming purposes. JL59 does not operate as a banking or financial services institution.

JL59 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that it deems suspicious, including but not limited to transactions that may be indicative of money laundering or other financial crimes. JL59 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

JL59 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. JL59 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer will specify an applicable wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• JL59 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the JL59 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that all outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. JL59 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Each game on the Platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a bet. JL59 shall not be liable for losses arising from a user's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game, JL59 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to the user's account. JL59's decision in such matters is final.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform are binding. JL59 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable system error.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JL59 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.

JL59 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the Philippines and internationally. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the JL59 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of JL59 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of JL59.

The JL59 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of JL59. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JL59 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond JL59's reasonable control.

JL59's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JL59 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JL59 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

JL59 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

JL59 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and JL59 cannot guarantee absolute security.

JL59 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

11 Responsible Gaming

JL59 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Amendments to These Terms

JL59 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, JL59 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the JL59 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent JL59 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
